Application Deadline: The first day of the Market month. If you apply after the first you are applying for the market the following month. Ex: apps received by May 1st qualify for Mays market. Apps received May 2nd-June 1st qualify for Junes market

PLEASE READ AND ACCEPT THE TERMS AS OUTLINED BELOW

● Stall Size: 10x10 $35 or double booth available an additional $25. NO ELECTRICITY IS PROVIDED please come prepared.

Full Season $150 and must sign up by April 2, 2025 any multiple markets after April 2, 2025 will be full price.

●Each vendor will provide their own tent, tables(s) and TENT WEIGHTS Front Range Fire requires 40# per leg, if you have questions regarding this email us.

●Vendor arrival is 6:30am-8:30am. Vendors may drive in, unload and then park on Grace BEFORE setting up. Arrival after 8:30am must park on Grace and carry in. Vendors must arrive with ample time to set up and be ready by 8:30am on the day of the market.

●Milliken Market Days are rain or shine events, but if the weather is extreme, the Managers may cancel the market or curtail the market’s duration if, in the Managers' opinion, safety becomes an issue.

All Vendor parking is on the west side of town hall on Grace St. Please DO NOT park anywhere else! Street parking on Frances or Broad St is for CUSTOMERS ONLY.

Parking on Frances or Broad will result in removal from the market with no notice and no refunds issued.

No Shows: Vendors who do not show up on the day of the market, and have not adequately communicated with the Market Managers will not be allowed to return. This will be at the Market Manager's discretion. We understand emergencies happen so please reach out as soon as you are able.

NO early breakdown without expressed approval from Market Managers. If you sell out, please keep business cards or information for customers at your booth and enjoy the rest of the market getting to know other businesses and vendors. We ask that you don't pack out and leave as it reflects badly on the event and you will not be asked to return and will forfeit all fees for future dates.

You will maintain a friendly, professional attitude toward all customers and vendors, and you will immediately report to the Manager any safety issues, violation of procedures, conflicts/grievances with customers or other vendors that cannot be resolved quickly and professionally.

After each market you will leave your space clean and trash free. Either pack it out with you or there is a bin on site for after market use.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY—please read carefully

Notwithstanding any other provision of this contract, by signing below, I hereby release and forever discharge, and will pay, defend and hold harmless, Mill Haus Coffee, the Town of Milliken or other Market Managers or their employees, agents and members, from any responsibility, personal claims, liability, loss or damage arising out of, or in conjunction with, my participation in the above stated Milliken Market Days and for each and every product or service I sell.
