Pastry Chef

LaNette found her passion in baking and pastry watching her Aunt Mary create cookies and candies for family gatherings and the joy it brought to every occasion. Taking culinary and cake decorating classes in high school set the path for a future as an accomplished pastry chef. LaNette attended Aims Academy for Culinary Arts in Dallas, Texas and has since worked for 5 star/5 diamond Brown Palace Hotel and Spa as the Assistant Pastry Chef and Pastry Chef, Inverness Hotels and Resorts as Executive Pastry Chef, Ameristar Casinos Blackhawk as a Pastry Cook as well as a baker and Pastry chef at local mom and pop Restaurants and bakeries in the Denver area over the past 15 years

Aaron Orebaugh

Executive Chef/Pastry Chef

Born and raised in Indiana, Aaron grew up with a love for good, homemade food. After graduating from Ben Davis High School, Aaron attended Johnson and Wales University Denver campus where he earned and associates in culinary arts and associates in Baking and pastry in 2005. After completing his Associates degrees, he then transferred to the Rhode Island campus of Johnson and Wales where he earned an Bachelors degree in Baking and Pastry and a degree in beverage concentration.

In 2007 Aaron returned to Colorado, where he fell in love with the mountains, food and craft beer. He has worked for many prestigious places including the five star/five diamond Brown Palace Hotel and Spa as the Executive Steward, Ameristar Casino and Hotel as a Sous Chef, Wonderland Brewery as a Sales Representative, beertender and assistant brewer, Locavore Beerworks as a sales representative and beertender and Denver Merchandise Mart as an event menu planner and sous chef.
